If you find the vinegar too strong, add honey or sugar for balance.
Also try white balsamic vinegar. I love the taste of it. |

If it’s too vinegary, replace some of the vinegar with something like pepperoncini juice.
Cook it till soft, dress it while warm and add any cheese after it cools. |
