This pecan bar: https://www.joyofbaking.com/barsandsquares/PecanSquares.html (DO NOT substitute anything else for the Lyle's Golden Syrup)

Single bite dessert that was the right mix of sweet and tart:
https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/key-lime-mousse-cups/ (pre-bake the shells per package directions; does not keep, but I never have leftovers). The mousse makes a terrific filling for chocolate cakes.

I've made this several times, never started with the brownie mix so can't speak to that, but the original is a big hit.

I love these pecan squares. We make them for Thanksgiving now instead of pie, but I could eat them year round.

I have a cousin for whom Thanksgiving is all about pecan pie. Now, he requests these. I didn’t even get to taste them the first time I made them. They were gone so fast.

I have never made it , but I love fruit pizza at a potluck and it is always popular. It’s an older recipe with probably few variations.
