Mystery Genre. ‘Page turner’. Not Spy or major gun violence.

I just finished my audio book ever. Something by Jonathan Kellerman. Not bad.

I love Jonathan Kellerman but I can’t stand the narrator he usually has.

Try the Harry Bosch books narrated by Titus Welliver (if you like him there’s a TV show starring him). Or anything by Michael Connelly.

The Rose Code and the Alice Network are sort of spy rather than mystery but are based in WWII and have female protagonists.

Wrong Place Wrong Time was a good mystery.

Also, you may want to check out Stephen King. He’s not all horror and he has some amazing narrators. Maybe start with the Mr. Mercedes trilogy?

Gone Girl (unbelievable narration by both actors)

The “You” series by Caroline Kepnes, read by Santino Fontana

The Escape Room

Rules of Civility by Amor Towles (not a mystery, but definitely a page-turner)

I second this!!!

I also like listening to memoirs…Michelle O’bama’s was good and I enjoyed Between the World and Me. I might try the Spare next.

Definitely listen to this rather than read it! You’ll know why once you do.
