Oz/Wegovy that is purchased in Canada or Mexico is made in the same plants that make the lots sold in the US.

There are medical reasons why some people cannot just eat less, exercise more and lose weight. People are insulin resistant. It’s not as simple as eat less.

There are many other diabetic medications on the market. Diabetes can be controlled by medications other than semaglutide.

It’s not your diabetes medication. Wegovy is the same as Oz and approved for weight loss. OP should not get a script for Oz but if they want to lose weight a script for Wegovy is appropriate.

Did you check with your doctor to see if you are prediabetic? They will advise you to change your diet and excercise. If you stay prediabetic some will put you on the drugs.
