No, absolutely not.

I know I am discriminating and maybe that is wrong and makes me a bad person, but I don't take risks with my kids: the ratio of male to female child molesters is 10 to 1. Do a little google search for yourself to see the stats if you like. But for my kids, no, there will be no male babysitters.

Do a Google research and you’ll see that most of the time, it’s a family member that does it

Yep, but he was the best one of everyone we interviewed. We wound up doing paid trial half days with three people and he was the only one who followed all our instructions, who didn't seem flustered by both the baby crying and the dog wanting attention, and balanced making himself comfortable while still being respectful in our home. He gave us four references and they all glowed about him. We're years in and haven't regretted the decision.
