DH ran. He’s fine.

Frankly he has no idea what damage he did. And neither does PP.

Morons.

Please. 1 day. I think he’ll make it.

Exactly, it's one day. Why risk harming your lungs if exercise is so important to you.

Quit your histrionics and hypochondria. The Code Red is a concern chiefly for sensitive and vulnerable groups. Healthy, fit people aren't going to have damage from 1-2 days.

And you don’t know what damage you do to your lungs living in the city clown

I wouldn’t run outside or do much of anything outside.

I walked for an hour and biked a couple miles yesterday. It was really hard to bike uphill, I felt strange

Code orange this morning! Good enough for a run!

I’m getting yellow from n Arlington!

Seems we are going to get past this and being outside this weekend will be unencumbered. What a time to be alive!

I ran this morning - it was cooler and made the air seem less bad, but it still wasn't great.

Goodness... Are you and your DH seriously this stupid? Match made in heaven

I used to run marathons to train for ultras and would never run in this air. I ran through various injuries which was dumb and even I can’t imagine running in this gunk.

I was not much of a masker during Covid and I used a mask the last two days while outside. I did all my running and biking indoors with new filters and the AC on recirculate. Definitely would not have been outside doing that.

Me again - Yellow in the burbs this AM so I ran with a friend and we were fine!

I'm pretty die-hard, but I went to the gym instead of running outside the past couple of days.
