Everything! Oyamel is also great. Lots of options in small plate format and the drinks are really good too!

Please not - Zaytinya (which used to be amazing) is now filled with DC Karen gentrifiers who think they are Gordon Ramsay.

So many better choices. Are you set on specific downtown like PQ or more Kst area?

Title says downtown but then you mention Friendship Heights and CP, which neither are downtown. So which is it? What locale are you looking for?

Sorry, I consider CP and FH downtown but those are the areas I was targeting. Really anywhere south of there fine, too. Just want a great place that won’t be packed with people trying to do brunch and drinks but still feel like a special occasion. Thank you for any thoughts!
