As a slightly more average person who has never been to the Sahara, I agree with you on the night sky that I saw in Yellowstone. I was agog. I had no idea that many stars were visible. The sequoias in Sequoia NP felt like a religious experience. |

| A residential area of Berkeley. I was house sitting there, and walked down a block that had wild flowers, and smelled like flowers. The flowers grew on ghost strips of grass between sidewalks and the street. Haphazardly planted, different types all down the block. |
