Where do tween/teen girls shop?

They don't wear a lot of dresses but mine shops at: Lululemon, Aerie, Brandy Melville, Urban Outfitters. They do wear cute sundresses - just find one that isn't poor quality (like the one she bought for cheap on Princess Polly).

For the person who said Anthropologie and Free People . . those are cute places but $$$$$$. Altar'd STate and Lulu's are MUCH more reasaonable. And Lulu's is so,so easy with returns.

Clubbing. More like 50 year old lounge singer dresses. Disclaimer: nothing in that store is remotely close to my style and I’m offended by polyester.

This is probably the best answer. You'll probably want to shop in-person rather than online, since 13 year olds can vary wildly in size and shape.
