Aubrey Plaza weirds me out

As far as I know, Aubrey Plaza isn't known to be difficult or unprofessional to work with, and that's really all that matters.

I loved her character in Parks and Rec.

Also, she had a major stroke at 20 and a minor one on the set of Parks and Rec, so there's no need to be hateful.

Actually, she's a professional entertainer: So she is indeed putting on a show for me! And I don't particularly enjoy it.
The fact that she had a stroke has nothin' to do with it. Just don't like what she's peddling.

I really don't understand the people who go out of their way to express their dislike of public figures or celebrities they have not met and do not know personally.

How would you like it if random strangers just decided to tell others they didn't like you, just based on your social media presence or seeing you walk around?

You only have a short time on this earth. Why waste it by being actively mean to others?

She's hilarious and I think she's quite attractive. Some of you people sound weirdly insecure.

I really don't understand the people who go out of their way to express their dislike of public figures or celebrities they have not met and do not know personally. Posting for 10 seconds on DCUM is hardly going out of one's way. It's very easy to post quickly on a forum.

How would you like it if random strangers just decided to tell others they didn't like you, just based on your social media presence or seeing you walk around? I am 10000 percent sure Aubrey Plaza doesn't care. I'm also fairly sure that's what you sign up for as a celebrity.

You only have a short time on this earth. Why waste it by being actively mean to others? You do know nobody is speaking directly to Aubrey Plaza here, right?

How do you feel about Latinas in general?

I agree. There are some actors that I just hate their face or speech pattern or overacting and don’t want to watch the show. It bugs me how they use the same small percentage of actors over and over. A lot of nepotism keeping people from enjoying some real talent overlooked because they aren’t someone’s niece.

Maybe people at that level are above it all.

But, I promise you: People at the Uhura or Sulu level in a regular TV show either do obsess about every mention or have relatives who do.

Someone who ranks 10th on the IMDB cast list, has one or two IMDB entries per year, and has never been super famous probably is at a level where one really mean DCUM post could be noticed and could be really depressing.

Well, by your reasoning, all Entertainment forums and art criticism should be abolished due to fear of hurting someone's feelings. I guarantee you, a one-star movie review is way more depressing than someone random on DCUM saying your persona freaks them out.

Also, by your reasoning, Joan Rivers, Kathy Griffin, Pauline Kael, and legendary critic John Simon never would have had careers. Have you ever read some of John Simon's pieces?

Yes, very try hard. She acts like a young teenager trying to be cool by hating everything.

+1
When you try to come off as too cool for school, you often actually come across as a loser.

This does not apply to Aubrey Plaza. She is a bigger star than what you are describing.

I’ve never seen the appeal but frankly that’s true of many celebrities. I don’t get the appeal of Jennifer Lawrence either.

I agree. Not appealing.
