| I'd look for a jumpsuit to wear with a blazer. And I'd still bring some options for layers (light coat, pashmina etc). If the high is 60, that means when the sun starts to go down it can get cold quickly. |
| Long dress with a blazer over it would be perfect and warm enough for 60 degrees. You could also bring a trench coat to throw on top if it is rainy at all.. Or I would consider a jumpsuit or fun pants suit. I also hate freezing! |
Being outside in 60 degree weather, with perhaps a bit of breeze, isn't exactly warm. If it was as pleasant as you say, people would keep their thermostats set to 60 degrees in the winter. They don't, because it is a bit cold for most people. |
