Sheets that are soft and cool and good for us and environment?

I thought they were great at first, but they pilled considerably with use within a year.

LL Bean Percale sheets are going strong after multiple years, but they aren't as cool as I'd like, but as they're percale, I'm not sure where to go next other than linen.

Linen is great, as is cotton.

Bamboo sheets keep you cooler than cotton and are pretty sustainably made.

Supima cotton sheets (we got Ghostbed sheets) have worked really well for us because they are both soft and cool. It is allegedly on the more environmentally friendly side of cotton but I didn't dig deep into this.

What? No. Cotton is a natural, sustainable fabric. Microfiber is plastic. Why would you think that is better for the environment.


Cotton is not good interms of water use for growing..can't win.
