Funny you should say this, food friend. For lunch I had a cucumber sandwich and gazpacho with toasted pepitas. |
You can lie to yourself - it’s working for you! great! - but no. Fat free cottage cheese with sugar free pudding mix is dire diet food, not “like a cheesecake.” |
Go away if you don't have anything productive to add. |
And this is why “diets” fail. |
Nixon loved it with some ketchup, so maybe try that as well?!
|
Why? |
Agree with peaches. For savory, I like Old Bay which no doubt adds intolerable amounts of sodium for some. Thanks OP. Will pick some up tomorrow. I like the 2% fat kind. |
Fat free? Gross. Eat the real stuff, so much better for you. |
Zero protein in that lunch. |
One bite is too much. |
Here is some news for you: people like different things. My dad loves peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. I think they are gross. Because we have different tastes. I'm a NP, but I clicked on this thread because I love cottage cheese. You know what I don't love? Cheesecake. So cottage cheese and pudding mix sounds better to me. Because people are different. Hope that helps you understand. |
Does anyone put cottage cheese in their smoothie instead of yogurt? It seems to have more protein.
