You should try cottage cheese with tomatoes, cucumbers, just a few pumpkin seeds, and everything bagel seasoning. It's delicious.

Funny you should say this, food friend. For lunch I had a cucumber sandwich and gazpacho with toasted pepitas.

Do you eat full fat cottage cheese? I get that fake sugar is a "gross diet food", but surely in moderation it's fine.

With blended cottage cheese, and about a T of cheesecake flavored sugar free pudding mix, it becomes like a cheesecake. Throw a few fresh berries on top, and sometimes a little shredded wheat, and it's fabulous!

You can lie to yourself - it’s working for you! great! - but no. Fat free cottage cheese with sugar free pudding mix is dire diet food, not “like a cheesecake.”

Go away if you don't have anything productive to add.

And this is why “diets” fail.

Nixon loved it with some ketchup, so maybe try that as well?!

Agree with peaches. For savory, I like Old Bay which no doubt adds intolerable amounts of sodium for some. Thanks OP. Will pick some up tomorrow. I like the 2% fat kind.

Fat free? Gross. Eat the real stuff, so much better for you.

Zero protein in that lunch.

Here is some news for you: people like different things. My dad loves peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. I think they are gross. Because we have different tastes.

I'm a NP, but I clicked on this thread because I love cottage cheese. You know what I don't love? Cheesecake. So cottage cheese and pudding mix sounds better to me. Because people are different. Hope that helps you understand.

Does anyone put cottage cheese in their smoothie instead of yogurt? It seems to have more protein.
