Right, that poor child. Tony Randle did the same thing and died two years later. What a s t thing to do to a child, could care less about the mother, she knew what she getting into.

Sperm that old is going to have a lot of issues.

Old fathers (≥ 40 years) could increase risks of cardiovascular abnormalities, facial deformities, urogenital abnormalities, and chromosome disorders in their offspring. In general, younger fathers had less effect on birth defects compared with older ones.

Guys are like whatever and many women can't stand that a guy that old can father kids when women that age cannot.

This. DeNiro has plenty of money to ensure the child will be provided for even after he passes away.

It’s selfishness. Children need parental figures and no amount of money will replace that. The mom evidently sleeps with men 35+ years her senior and the dad will be dead. Another American degenerate in the making.

Thank you. It's really disturbing to see all the people who think the qualification for parenthood is money.

I had my kids at 25 and 30, with very little money to start with in my 20s, and I can tell you from experience, being now much better-off, that MONEY HELPS A LOT.

I really don't want to judge here. There is so much to criticize: lax American gun laws, and exorbitant costs of healthcare and higher education, for instance!
Are you really going to spend the day mad at de Niro, whom you don't even know?

Misplaced priorities, OP.

No one is saying money doesn't matter. But some people are saying that it's all that matters.

Hillary Swank has plenty of money too but that didn’t stop the vitriol thrown at her.

Since when does anyone have to justify having a child to an anonymous harridan on the internet?

If he was a woman people would be OUTRAGED.

If he was a woman people would be AMAZED.

It’s gross.

He's just randomly inseminating women just because he can and I'm sure he thinks his genes are a gift to pass on.

She, whoever she is, is just insuring her own financial future.

The age of his other kids is the most disturbing:

De Niro shares children Drena, 51, and Raphael, 46, with first wife Diahnne Abbott. And De Niro has twin sons Aaron and Julian, 27, with his ex-girlfriend Toukie Smith. He also shares Elliot, 25, and Helen, 11 with ex-wife Grace Hightower.

He has middle-aged children and now a frickin' newborn. Even his own daughters are too old to give birth naturally!! They will be going through menopause.

NP. Tony *Randall* had a 6 year old at the time of his death, not a two year old.

Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.
