Im have a few rentals in Ashburn and have no issues with multiple offers. Here is what we do:
Fresh paint between all rentals that rented for 2 years or more Only carpet in the bedrooms that is swapped out of stained or run down I maintain landscaping for all properties so outside always looks great, even better than most the neighbors I have professional pictures taken of the listing. I have a realtor list the houses All in all we keep our properties in pristine condition and as a result attract a high end renter who wants to live in a nice home. Have not yet had one bad tenant accross 3 properties. |

| ok, there are only 2 rentals listed in Kentlands on zillow. Not sure if either of them is yours, OP. Please get better/more photos! They are all very dark. Also, allow pets. |
