Did you even read the OP? It literally mentions not liking the name Ruby and says no to old lady names.

I love Diana. That's what I'd name a daughter if I were having one today.

NP but Charles and Diana is a bit strange for sibling names.

Is this a joke?

No. Why would it be? Just because I chose to include two Spanish names?

NP. Stop trolling. You know those names don't go with Charlie and Theo. And it has nothing to do with them being spanish

Lucy or Kate

First name that came to mind for me was “Hazel” but I realize it could be considered old lady. I dunno I like it though.

I also think Josephine could fit and Josie is a fresher nickname.

Cecelia with nickname Cece

Also think Lucy works.

I would pick something that's two syllables (either the name or the nickname) and maybe also that ends in a vowel sound like the other two names.

I have three girls and we considered Sarah as a name for one of them but ultimately decided on Sasha. Other classic names that we loved and either chose for are girls or considered heavily were:
-Isla
-Zara
-Zoe
-Eva
-Esme
-Margaret
-Alexandra

That's too bad, because the old lady names are adorable with Charlie and Theo.

I agree with you that Sara and Leah are not quite right.

Let's see: Abigail (Abby), Katherine (Kate or Katie), Lily, Nina, Riley, Anne (call her Annie)
