Rebounder recommendation?

Amen to that! The best $700 I spent on lax equipment. It sends the ball back so fast I had to duck the first time I tried it out. My daughter was recruited by a top D1 program and this definitely helped.

All Ball Pro Stinger X is outstanding. Return is much more like a sharp pass that players on good teams will get in games. Much better than the soft arcing bounce up from a traditional rebounder, or even the quick, but downward trajectory from a wall. Also doesn't come off with the weird spin that the laxworx can create if you don't hit the center. The other benefit is you can move back and pass longer distances, with accurate return. You need to be clean on your passing; Stinger X has a very true response, so if you are off center, ball will come off center. A great tool and durable. Expensive, but really worth it.

Separate Q, does anyone have a good, portable goal they would recommend? We have lots of good, empty turf fields nearby, but no lacrosse goals... Carrying the tournament quality goal I have in our 20 degree sloped backyard (not ideal for shooting) is not an option. Would love to have a quality, truly portable option.
You can’t beat RageCage. Regular size pipes, durable, folds up in an L shape that fits well in most midsize SUVs.

Thank you!

High-larious, I was just thinking of selling my OG stinger (yellow and green) and rage cage. 😂

Seeing the recommendations on this page, we picked up a Stinger X off of FB Marketplace and OMG that rebound is shocking!!! Having gotten used to power shots on their old rebounder that would respond with a gentle arced toss back... let's just say our vehicles or the house or parents may NOT be positioned behind the kids while they are practicing on this thing.

Yep, windows and cars beware. The ABP Stinger is great for feeding when doing shooting drills. Angling it up slightly is also great for practicing one handed grabs (most useful for girls taking the draw). The video we took of my daughter catching off of it and shooting both dominant and off handed was very popular with college coaches during the recruiting process.
