Is Having Two Full Time Jobs any different than being a Working Mom?

Yep. Wish Jeff would block this guy for persistent trolling.

Pretty sure he also posts elaborate fantasies about strict employers who won't let you leave your desk, make you clock out for lunch or if using your cellphone, and absolutely no work cell phones, laptops, or work from home and how much everyone loves it.

There really is no difference someone two full time jobs and and an overwhelmed working mom as both disappearing during work day, cameras off sometimes, mysterious appointments on work calendar.

I had a women three young kids (all under 6) long commute and husband who traveled all the time also taking care of one older parent.

Another single young guy you could tell had second full time job and like to party and stay out late.

Both equally got out the same amount of sloppy bare minimum work delivered late.

Being a mom is a full time job. That is if husband does not help. But why is that not frowned upon as much?

Should the two people above be treated differently.

In above story single guy canned no warning, Mom got PIP, efforts made to make it work then canned 3 months later. But why treat it differently at all.

And a Dad juggling three kids no wife same thing. I have a coworker wife in Rehab for drugs and he also is slipping

Your bullshit is so damn tiring. Just f uck off.

Having two jobs is easier than being an active parent with one fulltime job, yes.

Being an active parent is 24/7, no time off and layers on daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal planning and activities to prepare for and do. But that’s life! And a rewarding, full life! Much better than staying at home all weekend or after work.

Marrying and having children with the wrong person and picking wrong profession are some of the reasons behind most of these issues but not giving a toss for trying to learn how to make things work and ability to patiently do that, is the main reason.
