Part-time daycare or “preschool” for 21 m.o.

You can also look at a coop. It will require some time from you but they're typically part time and much less expensive as well.

No one wants pt daycare. Hire a babysitter

I mean most daycares don't want pt children. Just hire a babysitter

I was feeling the same way! I meet a lot of nannies at the park and found one that agreed to let my 2 yo daughter join her nanny share/ home daycare for 2 days a week (18 hrs).

Other options that I found:
- Little Flower Montessori on 16th, they offer a part time program (half days)
- I know a lot of SAHMs in my area and we used to take turns to watch our kids 1 day a week
- Coop Play Programs https://dpr.dc.gov/page/cooperative-play-locations - but I believe they only offer it during the school year and not the summer

We cosleep and my daughter was not sleep trained. The nanny was able to sleep train my 2 yo by DAY TWO during naptime. She is now completely sleeptrained!
