I like her a lot. She is so down to earth, seemingly, and is hilarious and of course extremely talented. That said, I 100% believe, in addition to custom meal prep and exercise, she had bariatric surgery. I don’t love the heavy makeup because she truly is naturally pretty and would look younger and better with less, but I think she looks great. She has always, regardless of size, had beautiful features and to die for hair.

When I first saw this clip I was totally distracted by the heavy makeup, perfectly coifed hair, and nails. It's a lot.

Sure, a personal trainer helps with toning, but there's a reason so many celebrities have had dramatic weight loss in the last couple of years. She dropped 100 pounds after being heavy her entire adult life. Exercise alone didn't do that.

She lost the weight before the more recent Ozempic craze, so I don't think that's it. Maybe she had surgery or maybe she really did it through a crazy diet, who knows. I do think she looks fantastic in this.

I have news for you. Celebrities were taking it way before it was a craze.

She lost it fairly quickly, though. I'd lean more toward bariatric surgery.

And it seems very British/stage makeup to me, rather than American pop star (although some American stars are heavily made-up, they try to be a bit more subtle with it).

I don't deny the wonderful treatments available for diabetics, but treating insulin resistance alone will not cause weight loss. The reason Ozempic and similar drugs work so well with weight loss is that they act on the satiety region of the brain greatly stifling the appetite. Yep, it's just another appetite suppressant. She gradually lost the weight over about three years. It wasn’t quick like you see with everyone using Ozempic.
