I loved the color of that suit because I'm also a redhead and that shade of color is ultra-flattering on redheads. Obviously Meghan's version is a trendier color and the fit is more modern -- shorter shorts and boxier jacket, with a tank instead of a blouse. But same vibe and I love it.

I usually like it but I do not like this. Baggy and unflattering. I guess if you’re super gorgeous like Megan or Julia Roberts it doesn’t matter but for those of us that are mere mortals, it’s not going to do us any favors.

I wore a similar white linen short suit to my graduation in the early 90s a la Julia Roberts/Pretty Woman.

The difference between Julia and Meghan?

Julia’s was loose but tailored. Meghan’s is way too baggy. And Julia is taller and more shapely, while Meghan is petite and twiggy.

But I think Meghan was trying to cosplay Julia.
