13yo girl bathing suits - not babyish one pieces?

Anonymous
My similar daughter likes Athleta girl and plain "swim" suits, especially TYR.

The problem is, the stuff in the girls section she has deemed too babyish (her word and she’s not wrong). When she recently needed a dress, we got Ann Taylor petite zero.

Any ideas for where to find something that would fit her? Thanks!

5’3” and only 85 lbs? That doesn’t seem a healthy weight? Is she eating enough?

This. Jolyn tie back, 26. Jackson style is fuller coverage on the tush.

My 14 year old, 5’ 3”, 105 lbs, likes aerie, Abercrombie, target, pac sun, and Anthropologie. For dresses we like LuLus.

She is an xxs or xs or size 0 or 24in waist, so most of that stuff is online. I then return stuff to the store if need be. .

Leave her alone. She’s only 13.

If you’re concerned about her weigaht or size, Talk to your pediatrician and not some randoms on DCUM about what her appropriate weight or size is. She sounds small but fine.

I've had luck with Raisin brand at that age

Would she compromise on a tankini?

My 13 yo was the same. She's 5'5' and 80 lbs, so we had an even harder time because she's so thin. We ended up with a cute 2 piece (even though we were looking for a 1 piece) from Lily Pulitzer. It was very expensive compared to the speedo she has for swim team. (She "can't" wear a technical swim suit for social events, grr).

Gees! Do you even have a 13 yo. They grow up so fast they can't keep the weight in at that age. Mine is the same and yeah, she eats!
