Teaism is nice if your kids like the food. The lower level has more seats. Rice bar at l'enfant plaza is good too. It's not far from the castle to lots of restaurants inside l'enfant plaza, or there is a shuttle bus to the wharf. If you are over by the Lincoln memorial, you aren't too far from Tonic, which has kid friendly food.

You are wrong. It depends on the tribe and it’s community and personal preference. You need to check yourself before stating things that are incorrect in trying to discredit someone else.
