What's a good "Jewish" side dish

Can latkes get reheated at the school? OP wanted to pick them up. Don’t want them to get cold.

Meh. Falafel was invented by the Copts. Egyptians are a mere 17% Arab, spread throughout the Middle East by Arabs, Jews, Kurds, Turks, etc. Hummus and falafel adapted to local tastes and genetic conditions, seasonings, etc. Really most of the food claimed as “Arab” is really Turkish. So hummus and falafel are Jewish foods, just like kibbeh, couscous, stuffed vegetables, lachuch, etc.

Go to the store and look and see what Passover food is on sale.

That’s not a side dish. We’re not just naming Jewish foods here.
