Yes. My teen dd saw her before heading to college, based in the recommendation from several friends who's teens also saw her

FWIW, free parking, and Dr Levav is GREAT

Does your teen see her?

Dr Levav might be knowledgeable but she is very unkind if your BMI is at all outside of the healthy range. Even after losing a substantial amount of weight and developing a healthy exercise routine she body shamed and diet shamed me horribly. I would never have my teen daughter or nieces see her as her lectures could trigger an ED for someone who is prone to one. Also, she never remembered a thing I told her from visit to visit and seemed to spend the majority of the appointment at her laptop reviewing the same questions I answered the year before or on the tablet at check-in. I’m so glad I switched doctors. There are many more compassionate providers in MoCo.

That has absolutely NOT been my experience, and believe me, I have a good 30 pounds to lose.

Lauren Gordon, CNM, WHNP, at Bloom OBGyn in Tenley; the office is very easy to access by car, bus and metro. She is very knowledgeable, very kind, very respectful, she listens well, explains options, and is very supportive and meets her patients exactly where they are, and she does not judge or minimize. Bloom OBGyn also offers telehealth appointments.

They need a mental health expert, not a gyno.

You are a transphobic, bigot, MAGA dummy!

Excuse me, OP stated they both have issues around their bodies. That screams mental health to me.

Would she be a good fit for NB teens though, in your opinion?
(or if you might know.)

Just take her to yours. She doesn’t need a special “teen” gynecologist

This sounds like a potential disaster.

Many gyns- even in this area - are not at all prepared to deal with the issues here.

Gynecologists are not mental health experts or counselors. They deal with physical issues. You need to have your girls see a mental health specialist in body issues or ones with experience dealing with NB.

You have TWO NB teenagers? Really?

Yes I do, as a matter of fact. Why on earth do you care?

This is very common with ultra progressive. It's kinda sad.
