Do you not understand that even if a civilian “stops” a shooting that everything is still not ok? Thay killing another human will likely affect a person for life? That being shot at will traumatize all of the victims even if they survive? What s wrong with you people? This isn’t a movie!

It isn't. It is very much in line with what other states do, including blue states.
