St. Patrick’s will have spots. Heard they are letting go of teachers due to under enrollment. They must have spots.

St. Patrick's is just as prestigious as BVR and NPS. Doubt if they have spots.

Prestigious?! *smh*

WL at BVR/NPS has nothing to do with prestige. The fact of the matter is both schools are highly sought after in K. Must be a St. Pat's parent. Prestige when mentioning schools is so silly to me.

This is shocking to me. Is "under enrollment" alleged or actually confirmed? I find this hard to believe.

Lowell may also have spots in K

Ok come on people. OP stuck NPS to BVR onto this thread - there is no need to look down on STP. NPS and STP are thought of in DC as virtually the same school - they draw the same parents and families and similar culture

I fully agree. Though I don't think there is a huge amount of overlap in the communities once you are in (I don't know any parents from the other school socially), but I don't imagine the crowds to be different. Sure there is neighborhood and professional overlap if you are more from Spring Valley/Palisades (we aren't).

Exactly. The pp said "prestige"; I think that was the issue.
