| Anywhere from 7:30 to 9am. Teenage DS sleeps in. I’m sometimes up for an hour or so in the middle of the night though. |
| For those of you that sleep in by a couple of hours or more... doesn't that majorly mess you up on Monday? |

Weekdays - 6:45
Weekends - 7 I have sleep problems and I find I do better with a consistent schedule and not allowing myself to sleep in on weekends. I do have kids but I set my alarm. They’re all still asleep right now. |

Weekdays 4:30 to workout
Weekends 6:30-7:30 or when the dog tells me |
Not at all. Quite the opposite. I sleep 7 hours during the week and on weekends I still wake up at my normal weekday time but roll over and sleep a couple of more hours. |
| 6:30 because I have a toddler and I NEED to be up before her (with my husband) to be in a good mood. I don't want the day to start with parenting stuff. Need to feel centered (and caffeinated) before. |

| 6:30-7:00 on weekends. Young kid and hungry pet are to blame, but I also feel like a slacker if I’m still asleep at 7:30. I’m very much a get up and go person and DH is a laze in PJs with coffee for hours. |
