Pros-Cons of "space saver" (chair top) high chair?

Congrats OP! BIG fan of Ikea here. For our twins, we got 4 of the super cheap ones for our cramped townhouse. 2 for inside, 2 for outside/visitors/grandma's house. Question: Do you really feel you need a chair/feeding solution now? Something to think about. You may want to skip registering for this now. You won't need a high chair for a while. And when you do, most babies don't spend all that much time in it in a given day, IMO. Maybe later you could borrow a chair see how it works for your house setup.

Just a thought. (In hindisight, wish we'd registered for an overnight baby nurse!)

we live in a smallish apt. we have the fisher price space-saver and love, love, love it. no cons for us yet. just make sure you check it once in a while to make sure it's still fastened tightly to the chair.

I love mine! It's was a Fisher Price one from target. It's great when they're bigger. Before we had a high chair, but it's bulky and for the first three months of feeding (6-9 months old), he ate better on our lap.
