Another vote for Peet’s. Also love Emeril’s Big Easy Bold but that might just come in K cups.

We used to love Peet’s Major Dickason blend but the last couple of time we bought it at Costco it tasted G-d awful. We alternate between Trader Joe’s organic Bolivian blend and Chesapeake Bay Roasting Company’s Cattail.
I used to buy Trader Joe’s Bay Blend but I haven’t seen it in a while.

This thread is surprising. Thought DCUM would be more into 3rd wave coffee.

Mayorga, we buy from them directly, so it's always fresh. We frequently get coffee that was roasted three days before it arrived. I encourage everyone to order directly from them and not Costco/Amazon - they're a local company, they're good people, they should get all the profits!

Um.... no, their coffee is always super old and stale. I think there was even a WaPo article about this a few years ago.

Mayorga- I like the Mayan Blend the best. Also Red Rooster’s Funky Chicken. My Giant carries it, but they’re online, too. They are a small roaster in SW VA.
