Interest rates have skyrocketed. We will wait a little bit for them to come down some. Actually, I am on the prowl for new jobs and would apt to move as it makes less and less financial sense to stay with increasing tax burdens and crime going up. MCPS aren't getting better even with all of the money they burn. I got fed up after seeing 5 fentanyl ODs in MCPS and all of the stories of bathrooms being locked because kids use them as drug dens. Other stories too of kids ripping out all of the sinks in bathrooms like it is a national past time is also infuriating. Def. could see ourselves in a new location within the next few years.
