Why does the Media hate Steve Descano?

The problem with Descano is that he can't actually do the job of prosecuting cases because he doesn't have any experience. It's just a weird thing to have a figurehead as the Commonwealth's Attorney, especially since the previous guy always prosecuted important cases himself.

Prosecutors are supposed to prosecute, not engage in nominally social reform activity by avoiding prosecutions of people who commit crimes and making excuses for them based on their ethnicity and race. He should have been a public defender, not a prosecutor who hamstrings law enforcement and ignores public safety in favor of a progressive vision of a society unaffected by the behavior of those who ignore the laws.
