Whatever happened to Daytime Running Lights

No, I disagree. I drive for my job and have to merge into traffic all day. It's MUCH easier to see a car coming up behind you if they have the running lights.
definitely easier to see cars, but now the motorcycles just blend in and are back to being hard to see....

No...you can see them better as well, because they have a headlight on. I've never experienced a motorcycle 'blending in'. Ones without a light on, are harder to see.
