Not (totally) true. VCA and other famous houses will increase in value and also valuable gemstones, like an untreated Kashmir sapphire or perfect Muzo emerald. Diamonds are boring and don't hold their value well, especially the dime a dozen 1 to 2 carat something new cuts. |
