Brian Cashman, Neil Gorsuch—there you go. Fixed That

The whole world sat up and listened to the most famous alum for most of this morning.

From listening to everyone, some kids would die for admission into Prep and it is a very well regarded school. Has anyone else's DS declined their offer to Georgetown Prep? What school did they end up accepting and why? Do they regret making that decision?

Very odd question. You should not base an acceptance on wondering if anyone declined as a decision on accepting. Do what is best for your son. Prep is
for Catholics as STA for Episcopalians. If you are not a catholic then maybe another school fits better.

Tons of Catholics at STA. We didn’t even look at Prep or Gonzaga and we are very Catholic. There can be other considerations.

Lots of kids on the wait list. If you're going to decline, make it soon.

If he isn’t absolutely certain he wants Prep, he should opt for Landon. Prep is filled with true believers. Your son would be radically out of step with his Prep classmates.

If you can believe the posters on here, Landon has been transforming into a place the long time supporters wouldn’t recognize. So they probably don’t care about having the kind of intense connection that Prep requires.

I hope you have a lot of variable rate loans. You will feel Prep in every move up!

No loans. But definitely a contempt for your star alumni.

Seems to me that the STA classes are so small there wouldn’t be room for “tons of Catholics”.

The handful of Catholics at STA would be dwarfed by the number of boys at Prep, Gonzaga and St. John’s.

Huh? You know nothing but you believe lies and liars apparently. But to the point: You didn’t watch the markets today? They were moved by Prep’s most famous alum.
