Never had a problem with the website at all. Wish it used my PIV card though for access! I love the other fed sites that use that.
Also, FSA dependent care is sooo easy. Way easier than the FSA health care stuff.
For doctors' visits, always use the EOB that you can download from your health insurance website. They will deny pretty much any receipt that you get from the doctor because those never contain whatever details they want.
