huh. This is a big change over admissions last year. I know a kid with As, Bs and a few Cs from a DC private (not a Big3) who was admitted
to Clemson (for engineering) last year. Similar ACT.

Unfortunately, your DC's GPA will be too low for the admissions algorithm at SEC and ACC schools that are getting 50K applications.
