Do Attorney Advisors in the Federal Government Litigate?

This is OP. Thanks - this has been very helpful. For those who the EEOC, MSPB and arbitration, do you find it stressful? I am coming from a very high stress civil litigation practice. Thank you.

OGC and OCC of most agencies are litigation, but other departments may be less litigation heavy. Reading the description of the job and perhaps speaking to alumni there is your best bet.
