babysitter sick day

Sounds like you don’t believe her and/or are judging her for taking a sick day. That’s not a good look.

I came down with the flu mid-January and it hit like a brick wall. I also had a flu shot. The strain this year is particularly bad.

You would be really unhappy if she had given it to you and your family.

It is either a massive red flag. Or, she could really be sick with that nasty bug that is going around right now. I currently have it.

You will have to give it a couple of days or weeks to verify.
