DP. She went to Penn, has a law degree and has worked as a legal professional in the real world including as an Asst AG for the state of MD.

She has significantly higher education qualifications and better prior non-political work experience than anyone else in the Council. The only other CM with any quality work experience is Katz and I credit him for previously being a small business owner. She is literally the only CM that can go out and get a quality, high paid job totally unrelated to political work.
