Elbow pain

Anonymous
I bought a Theraband off of Amazon for my tennis elbow. It took about 3 weeks of doing the exercises daily before the pain disappeared. I continue to do the exercises daily and haven't had any more problems.

I've got daily exercises to do, and after doing them for two days I feel like things are getting better! Amazingly. So I'm going to keep doing them, and just resting on the pushups and things I usuallydo.

That's great OP. Do you play tennis?

No, I'm hopelessly uncoordinated with bad hand-eye coordination. I don't know what I did except 1) not lifting weights any more (since the beginning of the pandemc) and 2) getting older (53). I also do yoga and body weight exercises, and I was running, but that doesn't really use my elbow much anyway.

I got tennis elbow from sleeping with my hands under my body to keep them warm.

I've resolved tennis elbow a few times using acupuncture. Regular doctor will only recommend RICE, brace, or PT.

I’m just recovering from tennis elbow. Did physical therapy for several months including dry needling, it worked. I’m pain free now but am rebuilding strength lost while not being able to lift weights for a period of
Time . I know it sucks but be patient and you will heal. Need to give yourself time or it can become chronic and very painful.
