Anyone else buy a Tesla right below prices dropped?

Koons Chevrolet in Tysons is selling their Bolts at $5,000 above MSRP. They've been sitting on the lots now for awhile.

Teslas are very safe. This Tesla fell 250 feet off a cliff and all passengers survived. This is very rare.
