Deloitte - how many of you get your "up to" bonus level

20k bonus? Really?

I work at a nonprofit in Information Technology as lead engineer , and I make 200k/yr with a 50K yearly bonus. 20K is so little.

I no longer work for Deloitte but worked there for almost a decade.

I got “close” to my top performance bonus about half of the time. It really depends on if you are ranked as a top performer. And this is measured against your peers.

Honestly, $15K max sounds very low. What is your level and are you Advisory or Consulting?

I recognize that you think your post is some great flex, but in reality it just makes you sound stupid because this post is very clearly about one specific company and not an IT job at a non-profit. But the next time someone asks about THAT type of job, feel free to jump in, loser!
