Just made these on your rec, pp, and they are great! I was looking for a tollhouse replacement because my tollhouse cookies haven't been turning out fluffy and chewy like a remember (despite messing around with the flour).

But that NYT recipe with the 24 refrigeration and flaky sea salt is the best cookie ever, hands down.
