There are tryouts coming up next week and they are always looking for new players to help build out the teams. Great Facility and great Coach/Director who runs the program.


Rick is a great coach and very approachable, unlike many of the coaches/directors on the girls side. He will be coaching his son's team. I would ask who will be coaching each team before I commit though.


I would commit if Rick is coaching the team, but not if someone else is.


Even 50/50 on committing to the team if he's coaching. Anyone else, run.

I don't think you are alone in your opinion on this. He isn't good with the younger players. His communication style is not going to do well with the younger teams. Coaching College players is far from the same as coaching 8-12 year olds.


Kind of surprised to hear people say this. My young DS really likes him.

Our experience is somewhat limited but he seems very hands-on and involved with all the age groups.
