I'm surprised by the number of non-snackers. I eat three meals and one snack at 3 pm, unless I have a huge lunch. |
OP here. Thanks for all the replies! I am also surprised at the number of no snackers but do think it’s a helpful nudge to me to reconsider my habits (as I put away the bag of nuts I had out). |
Three meals and a heavy mid afternoon snack, but my dinner is usually pretty light |
Once a day besides coffee with half and half or heavy cream in the morning. It's the only way I've been able to keep off a hundred pound weight loss. It sucks. Do not recommend if you are metabolically normal. |
Snacks all day, almost constantly when possible, no real meals. Mealtimes are just another snack. I am very thin without trying (would actually prefer to gain a few pounds but can’t seem to eat much at one sitting), but my teeth are terrible. |
How does it feel to live MY DREAM |
It feels pretty good except I’m pretty sure that why I need a lot of dental work every year and it’s painful and very anxiety provoking. |
1-2 times a day.
Coffee for breakfast and maybe sunflower seeds or a cheese stick. I’ve never been much of a breakfast person. Sometimes I skip lunch. If I have lunch, it’s a big salad with tuna and eggs. Dinner is usually protein and veggie heavy with a glass or two of wine. |
I’m 50.
2 meals a day (lunch and dinner) and a post dinner snack before bed. I hate going to bed hungry and would much rather skip breakfast. It works for me! |
Usually a meal a day, sometimes two. |
my mom is a super-snacker and she's quite thin. I snack, but would like to stop snacking. because I'm not quite thin. I do the same as the 50 year old above -- 2 meals a day, far too often with snacks! |
