I believe that a new DMV facility. It will replace the one currently at the Fair Oaks Mall, to my understanding.

This is good to know. I haven't looked at contracts (NP here) but this is exactly the kind of detail that's extremely important - WHAT medical services are provided, exactly. And assurance that it will continue. Will specialists continue to visit.

Erickson (the company that runs Greenspring) has been around a long time and is in many states. They are building Woodleigh Chase on Braddock in Fairfax, set to open in the fall. It’s not a fly-by-night company. I personally would not have any concerns about changes to their service offerings in the near or even distant future.

Woodleigh Chase is across the street from a cemetery 🤣

so? Cemetery has been there a very long time. Though, I do think that cemetery will get more looks.
