I’m sorry but this is a ridiculous comment. In case you haven’t noticed, the population of the DMV had increased substantially since much of the very small housing in the area was built, and it’s a desirable area, so yes, it’s about location. I for one am pleased to see people moving into the modestly sized houses in my neighborhood and expanding them because it shows me they’re going to be invested neighbors.
