Quick snack ideas for a teacher

Agree with the hard boiled eggs, really good choice.

I basically did some mix of these for years (was a SPED teacher and my entire planning/lunch would often be taken up by IEP meetings):

Hard boiled eggs
Almonds/mixed nuts
Protein bars
String cheese
Fruit leather
Banana + pb
Clementine

hummus
cheese cubes
hard boiled eggs (do a few at the beginning of the week)

+1 on hard boiled eggs. You need something quick and easy that isn’t sticky, doesn’t require a fork, and won’t stain. You can eat a hard boiled egg quickly, and it’s relatively low in calories. You can still have a regular lunch when you have time later in the day.

I’m a former teacher who has been on your schedule. Thanks for doing what you do!

No to hard boiled eggs. They stink and don’t even taste good. The kids will definitely be saying the classroom smells if she is eating hard boiled eggs at her desk at a very short break.

I would do Greek yogurt OP. Whatever kind you like.
