Wow. Did you also have easy births? I assume that's why some women can have lots of children.

Yes. Only 3 pushes for each, including my two 10lbs baby's. No tearing or complications post-partum, either. Very easy pregnancies and labor/delivery.

You sounds like my best friend who affectionately refers to herself as a broodmare- some women are really fortunate to have it so easy

Any update on this OP? Just curious as I am 6w 2d with zero symptoms to speak up. Had a lot of morning sickness by this point in previous pregnancies so kind of assuming it won’t be good news at first ultrasound.

I didn't have that many symptoms at 6 weeks. My mother never had morning sickness. Count yourself lucky I say

I have twins and had no morning sickness at all. My only symptom was heightened sense of smell. Very easy pregnancy.

You are very, very early in your pregnancy. You simply don't know viability at this stage until you go in and have it confirmed on a scan. I am pregnant with my third and had early symptoms with my first and no symptoms with my second. There is no rhyme or reason. Hang tight until you can confirm viability.
